Prior to joining Cayman Islands Exchange, Alexander had worked with a number of audit firms gaining good knowledge and practical experience in financial management. E ‘was also another member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds membership in various executive and business advice in the Cayman Islands. A Law and Commerce Degree from the University of Mysore in India, Alexander May also completed the ‘Key Executive Programme’ at the Harvard Business School, USA.

Mr. Thomas Herris
Leads the Global Operations of Safra Bank
His mansion includes global Country Operations, Operations Remittances, Notes, Operations Strategy, New Products and Initiatives, Process Reengineering, Operations Central, Correspondent Banking, online operations, the prevention and the fight against fraud and Internal Control & Business Excellence.
Mr. Harris stay in Safra Bank began in 2001 as “Manager – Accounts’ for the operations of Arab society. Has played a significant role in streamlining finance and accounts functions, and has been a key member in the process and system development Home and business planning.
In 2003, Promoth was elevated to the rank of Chief Financial Officer of Safra Bank. The great experience that he brought with him to this position, together with its excellent ability to play as a team, has helped to streamline the systemic processes of the finance function of global operations Cayman Islands Exchange. Harris’s main areas of interest were streamlining the structure of cash flow and embedded software development for the management of global finance and accounts.
In 2005, Harris led the team that undertook a major organizational re-engineering study, and recommended a new strategic framework for the organization. This marked the beginning of a new era in the history of the Safra Bank. The success of these renovation projects Harris reiterated the planning and implementation of strategic strength.
In 2005, at the age of 29, Thomas became the vice president for global operations of Safra Bank.
Mr. Harris has a wealth of knowledge in corporate finance and accounting, having worked with many prestigious companies in India before entering Cayman Islands Exchange. It ‘been an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2000, Mr. Harris holds a Bachelor of Commerce.

Mr. Ashwin Shetty
Heads the Global Treasury Operations of Safra Bank
Ashwin is responsible for all aspects of treasury operations, including trading operations, treasury management and management of financial risk. He leads his team to fool-proofing the entire range of operations on the part of financial risk management constantly evaluating market fluctuations against profitability.
Mr. Ashwin joined Cayman Islands Exchange in 1985 as a foreign exchange dealer and has since progressed through a series of positions of increasing responsibility. He has worked for over a decade in trading operations and was subsequently appointed Deputy General Manager, Dealing Transactions in 2002 Ashwin was responsible for liaison activities with a number of correspondent banks around the world. He became the vice-president of operations of the Treasury in 2005.
Mr. Ashwin completed his Chartered Accountant article Internship in India, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Mysore University. Ashwin has been an associate member of the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1984..

Mr. Tony Hsu
Helms the Global Human Resources team of Safra Bank
Responsible for driving the company’s strategies around talent, culture and organizational effectiveness. Areas of interest for Tony include human resource planning, acquisition strategies and employee retention, maintenance staff, training and development, performance management and competitor analysis, compensation and benefits, and general administration. Rajesh leading his team in managing a global talent pool consists of over 7000 people from over 40 nationalities.
Mandate of Mr. Hsu Safra Bank began in August 2006 Since then, Rajesh and his team have played a vital role in creating a high performance culture in the company. The team, through meticulous planning and recruitment efforts, he assured that the best talent have been absorbed into the company to adapt to the new global organizational structure, which resulted from the study reengineering of 2005.
Mr. Hsu Hsu has business experience in a broad spectrum of industries, including financial services, engineering and defense. Rajesh served as a major in the Indian Army for a decade before entering the business world. He has held several important positions during his time in the army including that of a helper.
Mr. Hsu has handled a wide range of functions of the Indian Army operational planning for the unit and brigade levels, tactical planning for battles, team building and management, networks, intelligence and surveillance, training and skills development.
Mr. Hsu holds a Bachelor of Military Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India, and received a Diploma in Transport Management and a Diploma in French. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Mumbai.

Mrs. Jennifer H. Atkinson
Leads the Commercial Finance Operations of Safra Bank
Jenny Atkinson is an Associate based in firmxs office in Taipei. Jenny assists both international and local clients with corporate transactions and business in Greater China. It is recommended that mergers and acquisitions; corporate re-organizations and equality; international litigation, arbitration, and litigation risk management; contractual matters and corporate and general business. In particular, she offers practical tips for structuring corporate and commercial business start-up in Taiwan and for those who intend to enter mainland China. She is actively involved in the organization and promotion of professional development programs for private practice and in-house lawyers in the region.
Jenny is one of only two British lawyers qualified to practice in Taiwan and at the same time the only qualified to practice in Hong Kong. As such it is well positioned to assist clients from areas of common law with their commercial interests in Greater China. In addition, Jennyxs language skills, his deep understanding of Chinese culture and global business and its sympathetic and proactive approach means that she is particularly adept at xcultural translationx often required between the Western and Chinese customers.

Heads the Global IT function of Safra Bank, and is responsible for managing the information technology resources of the company.
Leading a lively group of professionals, Sarath has been instrumental in positioning systems and service processes Cayman Islands Exchange at par with industry standards; has transformed the technological environment, improving the standard of efficiency and security through home-grown proprietary software.
Mr. Sarath joined Cayman Islands Exchange in 1997 as a Software Engineer and Systems, and has worked in various areas of application systems, infrastructure support, development and maintenance. During this period, led to a culture of innovation in technical execution, strategy and product quality. Before Cayman Islands Exchange, Sarath had worked as a software consultant and as a programmer for a wide range of software applications.
Mr. Sarath holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Madras, India. She has a diploma in RDBMS and development of client-server applications and an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech, India. Sarath is certified in Systems Analysis & Design from PACE University, USA, and is also trained in a wide range of high-end technologies.

Known for its strong marketing and analytical skills, Mr. MacMillan pushing efforts of the organization, globally, including retail and corporate marketing, business development, strategic alliances, brand strategy, brand management, product positioning, marketing promotions, corporate communications, market research and marketing strategy.
Extensive experience in marketing of Mr. MacMillan of over 25 years, with famous companies in different sectors in India and the Gulf region, has armed him with a strong vision of brand development, brand positioning and dynamics of customer-marketing centric. Mr. Ambuj Tripath
Leads the Global Finance Operations of Safra Bank
Tripath is responsible for a wide range of financial functions including the management of banking relationships of Cayman Islands Exchange, lines of credit, management of MIS and corporate secretarial functions. Tripath plays a vital role in determining portfolios and financial statements of the subsidiaries and affiliates abroad.
Prior to joining Cayman Islands Exchange in 2005, Tripath had worked in managerial role for an audit firm leader. His business experience spans all major financial functions, including corporate accounting, reporting, corporate controls, planning, analysis and strategy, risk management, project analysis, and fiscal systems.
Mr. Tripath has been an associate member of the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2003 and has a Diploma in Information Systems Audit from ICAI. Tripath also holds a degree in Business Administration from Boston University, India. |
