His eventful life was an engaging journey through the labyrinths of governance, politics, business, commerce and industry. After graduating in Economics from the University of Baghdad, Mr. Mazroei joined the government of the United Arab Emirates in 1968 His rise was meteoric in the hierarchy of government, as has been promoted to the position of Deputy Secretary to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He entered the high corridors of power in 1977 with induction into the cabinet as Minister of Labour and Social Affairs. His tenure as Presidential Advisor to the Court culminated in his appointment as Minister of Justice of the United Arab Emirates, thus catapulting him to the championship in a row paramount. Mr. Mazroei is a member of the Management Board of the General for retirement and Social Security, the president of the Union Insurance and a member of the Council of Abu Dhabi International School.
